As a part of urban renewal of Kadıkoy, Suadiye, Grena Suadiye is aimed to complement the landscape of the neighbourhood through the use of natural materials. The use of brick on the side with no further ornamentation makes the building identity strong, and also creates a rather comforting mental image.

İnteriors of the project and the landscape are also by kr2b architecture. The building was completed in beginning of 2019
