Private villa built inside a golf course estate in the Caribbeans. The project includes a main living quarter of about 1000 sqm, ancillary buildings of around 700 sqm and a natural pool of over 2000 sqm. Cold-formed Steel Framing (CFSF) Off-site Construction Technology is employed in order to speed up the construction process by overlapping the on-site and off-site construction schedules. Off-site fabrication also helps minimizing the costs and risks connected with unforeseen conditions which affect on-site construction.
